Refund Policy

Failed renders are never charged

Every render — free or paid — is automatically compared against your original photo by our quality check before it's shown to you. If a render drifts on architecture, windows, or flooring after retries, it fails that check and the render quota it used is refunded automatically. This isn't something you have to ask for: it happens before you're charged for a completed render, so a failed render never counts against your paid photo allowance.

Unused render credits

  • Listing Pack ($19, one-time):if you haven't used any of the listing's photo allowance yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Pro, monthly ($49/month, 100 render credits per month):you can cancel anytime. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge and haven't used any render credits from that billing period, we'll refund that charge in full.
  • Pro, annual ($490/year, 1,200 render credits granted upfront): same 14-day full-refund window as monthly Pro if you haven't used any render credits yet. After that window, if you cancel partway through the year, we refund the value of your unused render credits on a pro-rata basis: the refund is $490 multiplied by the fraction of your 1,200 credits still unused at cancellation (for example, cancelling with 900 of 1,200 credits unused refunds 900/1200 of $490 = $367.50). Credits you've already used are not refundable.

Outside those windows, or once render credits from a one-time purchase (Listing Pack) have been used, we don't offer partial refunds for unused capacity — the same way most per-listing or per-billing-cycle services work. Render credits don't carry over between billing periods, monthly or annual.

How to request a refund

Email support@stagemls.com (or use the support form) with the email address you used at checkout and the approximate purchase or charge date. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
